My name is David I’m 62 and I was diagnosed a Celiac in 2005.
I’m a self taught baker and had many recipe blogs on another platform, these are currently being amalgamated into one and condensed.
The blog ‘Adapted Recipes for Coeliacs’ will soon be listed on this site.
In 2010 I was diagnosed as type 2 Diabetic, so it’s a ‘double whammy’ as far as diet is concerned.
